Per Florida Statute 718.112 and the Association's Bylaws, notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of Members and Board of Directors Election. Meeting agenda, candidate information, and proxy forms have been posted to the Document Center at least 14 days in advance as required by law.

Resurfacing of the main pool deck finished ahead of schedule. Both swimming pools and the jacuzzi are back in service during normal hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily). Thank you for your patience during construction.

With hurricane season underway, owners are reminded to secure balcony furniture and loose items, confirm shutter functionality, and review the Association's storm evacuation and shutdown procedures posted in the Document Center.

Irrigation lines serving Buildings 14 through 18 are being upgraded to improve water efficiency. Residents in these buildings may notice brief, scheduled water service interruptions to outdoor spigots during work hours.

Pursuant to the Structural Integrity Reserve Study requirements under Florida HB 1021 / F.S. 718, the completed SIRS report is now posted in the Document Center under Financials for all owners to review.
